Welcome to Zante App. By accessing or using our website, waitlist forms or upcoming mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the service

Zante App is a curated destination product that may include offline travel content, recommendations, launch updates, support channels and limited commercial placements.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal operation, copy content without permission or use automated systems in abusive ways.

3. Recommendations and travel information

We work to keep destination information useful and well edited, but opening hours, prices, transport, access rules and local business details can change. Recommendations are guidance, not guarantees.

4. Commercial content

When sponsored or featured placements appear, we label them clearly. Editorial and partnership decisions remain subject to our judgment about fit and quality.

5. Intellectual property

All original content, branding, design and product materials belong to us or to the relevant licensors and may not be reused without permission.

6. Purchases and future app features

If paid features such as destination packs or Trip Passes become available, additional purchase terms may apply through the relevant platform or checkout flow.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
